- what is your payment term?
Our payment term is thirty percent of our savings and we balance it
before shipment.
- can you provide samples for free?
Sorry, we don't offer any free sample. you could order sample if in
stock, or make a custom sample as your design.
- Can I have a discount if I order more?

- When can you make shipment?
The delivery time is 40-50 days, According to your requirements,
quantity and production time of the products.
- What about your shipping?
A: In usual, we will use DHL/UPS/TNT air freight, it will need 4-7
days.
- Can we print our own label logo?
A: Yes, we can print your own logo, and it will be free for you
with our MOQ.
- What is your packing based on the price you quoted?
A:The price we quoted is based on Bubble bag and white paper bag
then export carton that we normally use. If you want leather
box/paper box with your logo, it need extra fee.
